Behind The Lens/"How I See It" is an exhibition which provides sample images produced from my early years in photography (mid 80s') to the present. I am an Atlanta based fine art photographer. My work is geared towards an abstract interpretation of people, places and things. The images presented in this exhibition cover a varied range of subject matter and visual points of view. I typically gain insight and inspiration from a range of ideas which culminate into visually coherent themes. I am partial to vivid color. More often than not, I choose subjects of interest for their inherent color particularly when such color is heavily contrasted against other elements within the scene. Also, the use of high contrast, odd scales and angular views lend an abstract quality to my work.
Artistically, I am forever seeking something that I've not seen before. It is my way of producing work that is both unique and inspirational to others. Please visit my website for a more complete visualization of my approach to photography.
