Sixteen members of the Cobb Photographic Society are presenting images covering a wide range of subject matter as part of this year's annual member exhibit. The title, "How I Saw It," underscores the idea that every photographer can interpret a scene as they witness the moment. A split second exposure can express something unique.

In addition to this virtual exhibit, the Cobb Photographic Society will present an in-person exhibit to be shown at the gallery in the Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center beginning October 1 and running through October 31. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

The Cobb Photographic Society Annual Member Exhibit, titled "How I Saw It," represents a wide variety of subject matter. Images in this exhibit were submitted by participating members and demonstrate their passion for photography.

The Cobb Photographic Society is open to all photographers, both novice and advanced. The mission of the group is to foster the use and appreciation of photography as a science, an art, and a hobby; to provide means for the exchange of ideas, assistance, and technical information; and to provide means for competition among fellow members. The club meets twice monthly, normally the first and third Monday evenings. The first meeting of the month is judged competition, while the second meeting is dedicated to a guest speaker on various photographic related topics of interest and education.
